By accessing or using the Hokusai Protocol platform at hokus.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hokusai provides a platform for AI model discovery, deployment, and data contribution. The Service includes model marketplace features, API access, data submission tools, and related functionality.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Hokusai immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. API Usage

Access to and use of the Hokusai API is subject to rate limits and usage policies. You agree to use API keys responsibly and not to share them with unauthorized parties. Hokusai reserves the right to revoke API access for violations of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hokusai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Hokusai may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Hokusai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
