- Wallet signature required
- Manual review before approval
How it works

Verify with VerifyInvestor
Complete VerifyInvestor self-verification and pay the required $59 fee directly to their service.

Upload your result
Upload the accreditation result or verification letter after VerifyInvestor completes its review.

Sign with your wallet
Connect the wallet you plan to use and sign the verification message so the result can be associated with your address.

We review and whitelist
Our team reviews the verification result and applies whitelist approval before any investment can proceed.

Buy from the AMM
After approval, you can purchase Hokusai tokens from the AMM using the wallet that completed verification.
We never see your financial documents
Hokusai does not receive or store your financial documents directly. VerifyInvestor handles the financial document review as the third-party verification provider. Hokusai only receives the verification result or letter that you upload as part of the onboarding flow.
Approval comes before purchase
Approval is required before you can purchase tokens. Your wallet must be approved and whitelisted after verification before the AMM purchase flow becomes available.
