Every potential investor that wants to purchase a Hokusai token must complete the following process:
Verification steps

Complete VerifyInvestor self-verification
Complete VerifyInvestor self-verification and pay the required $59 fee directly to their service.

Upload your verification result or letter
Upload the accreditation result or verification letter after VerifyInvestor completes its review.

Connect your wallet and sign the verification message
Connect the wallet you plan to use and sign the verification message so the result can be associated with your address.

Wait for approval
Our team reviews the verification result and applies whitelist approval before any investment can proceed.

Purchase from the AMM once you are whitelisted
After approval, you can purchase Hokusai tokens from the AMM using the wallet that completed verification.
What Hokusai collects
Hokusai does not receive or store your financial documents directly. VerifyInvestor handles the financial document review as the third-party verification provider.
Hokusai only receives the verification result or letter that you upload as part of the onboarding flow.
Approval required before investing
Approval is required before you can purchase tokens. Your wallet must be approved and whitelisted after verification before the AMM purchase flow becomes available.
